Brazil

As Ambassador to Brazil, Kaberia was responsible for one of Kenya's most significant diplomatic missions in the Americas. His tenure is documented through embassy publications and institutional records that highlight active engagement across multiple sectors of bilateral cooperation.

During his tenure, the embassy documented engagement in business and trade promotion, agricultural cooperation, tourism development, technology partnerships, and bilateral cooperation between Kenya and Brazil. These areas reflect the breadth of Kenya–Brazil relations and the embassy's role in advancing mutual economic and institutional interests.

In addition to his role in Brazil, Kaberia held concurrent accreditation to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Venezuela. This meant that the Embassy in Brasília served as Kenya's diplomatic hub for much of northern and western South America.

While serving as Ambassador to Brazil, Kaberia was associated with the Les Aspin Center for Government's African leadership work at Marquette University. In 2011, the Center presented him with its Founder's Award, recognizing his contributions to African leadership development and diplomatic engagement.
